Within the framework of a European project "RiskGest" initiated in 2019, 10 experiments were carried out, including the certification of the MUSAR of 73-74 as well as the secondment of France to Greece during the FDF reinforcements of 2021.
The fruit of this work gave birth to FENICS on a partnership between operational and industrial.
In view of the results obtained, the CG Emmanuel CLAVAUD proposed, under cover of the Savoie prefecture and the South-East Zone Staff, to the Director General of the DGSCGC, the creation of a CIS support team within the framework of the European Union's Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).
